Improve Your Productivity By Getting Enough Sleep

When we talk about improving productivity we usually talk about processes, organizational skills or time management.  However, we seldom talk about preparation.  Are you doing everything you can to prepare yourself to work at your highest level.  One of the best ways to ensure you are able to work at your peak is to get enough sleep.

Power naps are my favorite.  I find 10 minutes of sleep can recharge my battery and over time the amount of daily sleep I needed went down while my productivity levels went up.
