There is an article discussing this over at http://workawesome.com/productivity/sleep-tips/. Highlights are:
1. Power naps
2. Know how much sleep you need
3. Get to sleep faster
4. Follow a sleep routine
5. Comfort ensures a better sleep
Power naps are my favorite. I find 10 minutes of sleep can recharge my battery and over time the amount of daily sleep I needed went down while my productivity levels went up.
