Shilpa over at Gleez.com has some quick tips about improving your self confidence. While I don’t agree completely with her list, I do agree that each small step you take will help reach your goal. Here is my take aways from her list. Let me know what you think.
- Identify every success
- Get in the habit of smiling
- Exercise and eat healthy
- Turn feelings of envy or jealousy into a desire to achieve
- When you’re feeling superbly insecure, write down a list of things that are good about you. See item 1.
- Push yourself.
- Try taking an exercise class.
- Buy new clothing.
- Make it a point to talk positively at all times.
- Don’t dwell on bad points.
- Don’t confuse what you have with who you are.
- Surround yourself with successful friends.
