Self Confidence – A Few Easy Tips

Shilpa over at has some quick tips about improving your self confidence.  While I don’t agree completely with her list, I do agree that each small step you take will help reach your goal.  Here is my take aways from her list.  Let me know what you think.

  1. Identify every success
  2. Get in the habit of smiling
  3. Exercise and eat healthy
  4. Turn feelings of envy or jealousy into a desire to achieve
  5. When you’re feeling superbly insecure, write down a list of things that are good about you. See item 1.
  6. Push yourself.
  7. Try taking an exercise class.
  8. Buy new clothing.
  9. Make it a point to talk positively at all times.
  10. Don’t dwell on bad points.
  11. Don’t confuse what you have with who you are.
  12. Surround yourself with successful friends.
