Completely Obliterate Procrastination Following Five Simple Steps

1.  Be specific about your goals

2.  Add a time constraint for completing tasks

3.  Make a commitment that you can’t ignore

4.  Focus on completing a task

5.  Give yourself praise after each accomplishment

I found if you use action verbs at the beginning of your goal list it will help motivate you to complete the task.  Do you have other steps you use to stop procrastination?
