Do you have 15 minutes a day for personal development? Are you worth it? Will you invest one quarter of an hour, every day for 30 days? If you don’t you’ll be 30 days older and in the same place you are now. But, what would happen if you did invest in yourself every day?
All self improvement begins from within. Focus not only adds clarity, but opportunity. To do this you must learn to focus your mind. By learning how to change your focus and moving your attention to the things that are working in your life, you will create more things that are working for you in your life.
You have the choice to focus on what you don’t have or on what you do have. In order to change your focus you need to change the way you feel. Begin by asking yourself “What do you have to be grateful for?” Here are a few things to consider.
1. Your alive. Nothing else matters if this one isn’t met.
2. Be grateful for your friends.
3. Be thankful you can change your current situation.
4. Be grateful for your family.
5. Be grateful you have a home.
Everyone’s list will be unique to them. There are no right or wrong answers. Take some time each day and practice gratitute for what you have. Once you start doing this your focus will begin to change and in 30 short days you will be amazed at what you have accomplished and what you now focus on.
