Self Motivation Using Lists

Everyone needs motivation from time to time and everyone gets motivated differently.  Why not create a list of ways to motivate yourself so when the time comes you can look at the list, take the action that works for you.  You can keep the list in a handy place or carry it with you.

A business size card is easy to carry and you can even laminate it so it will not wear out.  Spend some time over the next few days thinking about what motivates you.  It could be sayings, a particular song, a talk with yourself in the mirror or a review of everything you have to be thankful for.

I could list several more ways but it may not help you.  You need to list what works for you.  There is no right or wrong answer.  Taking this small step and planning for the times when we need motivation will help you a lot.  Feel free to tell me how it works for you or even share your lists.
